I haven't been on here for some time. I was just writing down my meals for some time because they were pretty much the same thing day to day. I have finally had my surgery this last Wednesday. I was released yesterday which was amazing that I did so well and was able to leave pretty much 24 hours after I had this surgery. Which I was told from the nurse and doctor that I was one of the 1st patients they've had that has had such a great turn around of recovery and I drank so much water and had no nausea. There at the hospital you get to have a morphine button for the pain and once you leave its gone. I did get some pain medicine but it doesn't work as well. I have some pain and hopefully it will go soon. I have a long way to go but I have come a long way as well. Losing 230 pounds on my own and then getting this surgery to help lose the rest is going to be so helpful. Once I get the all clear I'll be right back at the gym to workout again. For now its one day at a time to recover.
