MONDAY WILL MAKE 3 WEEKS AND I HAVE LOST 5 LBS :-) HOPEFULLY BE BACK DOWN TO MY PRE PREGNANCY WEIGHT BY THE NEXT 3 MONTHS. I KNOW THE FIRST 5 IS THE EASIEST TO LOSE AND THE NEXT WILL BE TWICE AS HARD. THEN IT IS JUST TO MAINTAIN. 1700 CALORIES IS REALLY NOT AS HARD AS I THOUGHT IT WAS. ESPECIALLY BEING FROM LOUISIANA AND HAVING BOILED CRABS AND CRAWFISH...YUMMY. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE AND DON'T GET DISCOURAGED, THE FACT THAT YOU ARE EVEN ON HERE SHOWS A MAJOR EFFORT AND STEP IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.
