Went for a long walk with my daughter last night and one of my really good friend Wendy. It was so beautiful outside after work. This week has been crazy..havent been able to hit the gym at all. Havent been able to run any. Tonight is the awards banquet that the high school so again no gym. Will try to go for a long walk with my daughter and my friend Robin today after work. I did weigh myself and still weigh 173 UGH..:( Well I will try to eat well today and hopefully get my body motivated again..hate it...

You can do it! Isn't a good long walk outside the best thing ever? It's good for the body AND for the mind. I'd willingly walk 10 miles outside rather than do 2 on a treadmill in the gym any day.

I did walk 10 on Saturday..it was awesome..5 with my friend Robin and 5 with my daughter an hour apart. Its hard to be motivated sometimes but I am going to do it. My problem is with Food. Im addicted to Food..its so hard. Its always at night that is when I over eat.

Sometimes a nice big glass of water or tea will help with the nightime, "I'm bored and looking for something to do" kind of eating. Put enough water and tea in there and there's no room for a snack.
