Left my workout shoes at home and missed my monday workout with my trainer :(. Now I have to make up a session and go to the doctor tomorrow without that extra buffer yikes.I think Im going to look into gym that I can also go to on my own time , its like paying double kinda , but I gotta do what I gotta do.
