I don't like the Diet Calendar. I might try it again later and see if I've changed my mind, but for now, I'll log like this.
Breakfast cereal with milk: 4 points
Lunch sandwich--bread: 2pts,ham: 2pts, yogurt--2 pts.
Snack half a gumball--2 points orange--1 pt.
Dinner I don't know hopefully not more than 14 points!
