So I've been losing weight, yeah. But I haven't been doing it the right way.
I've been dealing with school, the death of a parent, work. I've been neglecting what my body needs, and just focusing on the numbers going down. I'm at a point now where I am comfortable bouncing around a little in order to regulate my diet and exercise again.
Tomorrow will be Wednesday, a good day to remember to record a weight. I'm going to start focusing on working out and eating better, rather than the numbers. This will be really, really hard.
