Food is starting to become more appealing now and that kinda scares me . I had a couple days this week where I was not as strict about what I ate as usual . I have been a lot more hungry since Ive been eating more than once a day. Even with the cheats days I didnt gain , but I also didnt lose which is frustrating. My trainer says I should only weigh myself monthly , but c'mon theres no way I could stick to that . I am going to see my doctor who prescribed phentermine on wednesday morning and she will be checking my blood pressure and weight. I will definitely have to remind her is has not been a full month since I started .The day I see her I will still have like 3 pills out of 30 left so I hope she cuts me some slack . In the almost month I have been on the pills I have lost 7-10 pounds, it seems like its fluctuated. I really hope thats enough for her to continue prescribiing them . I have been eating better and see my trainer 2x a week and work out on my own so I hope shes satisfied with that .

I have been doing the SHRED diet. It is as book written by Dr. Ian K. Smith, I eat 4 meals, which I choose from a list and 3 to 4 snacks a day. I have lost 7 pounds in two weeks and I am NEVER hungry. Check into it
