I felt great today after getting up early and doing a killer plyometrics work out. I was starving mid-morning, but now I feel quite full. I keep thinking that I must have eaten something that I've forgotten to record, but maybe I just chose the right, filling foods today. At this point, I'm exhausted. My chest and back are killing from Monday's workout and my legs are completely worn out from this morning's workout. I'm looking forward to bed.
