Ten days at Walt Disney World, a gain of ten pounds. I didn't eat a lot of sugar, in fact barely any. Mostly it was carbs. But I was also walking an average of eleven miles a day per my Fitbit. Some of it could be over hydration, some of it could be gained muscle, some of it could just be a little bit too much Magic Kingdom. I start back on the diet again tomorrow.
