Did not register food diary today...went for dinner at the Casino and had Friday night Seafood Buffet (hubby's favorite food)...I was very careful not to overdo it had snow crab, salad and Veggies and a piece of prime rib. and a couple of sugar free cookies..and coffee, black as usual...I just don't know how to register the amounts, that they would be right..So I hope that I did OK...had only 2 meals today, breakfast and dinner...so maybe did not go overboard...We will see how I do on Monday.. Tomorrow I will definitely be back on track....At least this morning I did my exercise before we left for the day...that was a Plus.. Good night everyone been a long long day...

You are doing great! I have had a few days that I did not log my food. After I would click on the things that I ate, I would try to save them, but would get an error message and it was not saved. Finally gave up. Thankfully there were not too many days like that.

Dont beat yourself up, stay motivated and stay on track....yesterday is history...and as we all know ..we cant change history...so forget it and move forward..good luck
