So, my goal for today was to eat pretty normally and see how I stacked up with others doing the whole weight watchers thing. Needless to say that even though I count in at less than 1500 calories, I am still up from where most of you are. Tomorrow, going to try a smoothie. Mr. B's at the market getting bananas!!! Woooo whoooo! I hope it is filling. I was very hungry today.
