Finding it really hard to keep away from the scale.

I usually weigh-in after waking up each day. But that's no longer a part of my routine.

I feel like I'm missing something. And feel worried that because I'm not 'checking in' each day on the scale that I might be slipping, and I might not be losing, or might be even gaining.
