Yesterday was a hard day. Started with a business breakfast in the morning, and included several coffee meetings during the day. Food choices were not great yesterday. And, I kept putting off my run until suddenly it was after 6 pm. I selected a new route, thought if I had a destination in mind it would help. So I ran down to Memorial Park to check out their flower garden - I wanted to see if their Cannas were taller than mine. (Their's are shorter... but have flowers already.) It was hot. It was hilly. But I got it done. I arrived home an hour and ten minutes later - 6 miles, done!
