well, thank god i didn't gain anything from yesterday's pig out...the workout in gym paid off..i need to keep it up for the rest of the day - eating healthy and no junk food! .

it turns out - no more dinner plan today! but i end up having pizza again for lunch at a company event...and no salad yet! i am going to eat some steamed veggie for dinner!
