i totally blew off my diet this weekend! helped throw a baby shower for a friend, and there was so much delicious food, not to mention that most of them contained bread or potatoes! why did i let myself slip?? and of course, i gained back the pounds i've been working so hard these last weeks to shed. i don't even want to enter the new number in because it's just devastate me when i see it on the screen. so i must eat clean this week, so hopefully by the time of my weekly weigh-in on Friday, it'll be back to where it was last Friday.
on top of that, i think i have the flu again!! it's been just 2 weeks since i was last sick. WTF?!? but this feels more having to do with my throat. i hope it's not strep. why is my immune system so weak lately? i hate being sick!!
