For christ's sake I BINGED AGAIN. i remembered what i had wished but well, i still felt a strong determination to have that lovely chicken bread. going to the gym tomorrow. hope things will get better soon. I'm trying to adjust carb and increase protein. Somebody help me, i can't help but drop the hula hoop to my toes. i wish i could hoop it :(
