Well, another small setback but I am not too concerned. My poor eating in the last 3 days has taken a toil on my weigh-in, but mainly my late dinner last night. I'm sure results would have been different without dining at 9:30pm. Well, back on track, gotta add in the exercise or I'll stay on this slow plateau. Goals are still within reach, so just focus!
344.6 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 44.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2436 kcal Fat: 114.87g | Prot: 135.37g | Carb: 215.85g.   Breakfast: Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges), scrambled egg, biscuit, Pork Loin (Tenderloin). Lunch: Baby Spinach, Natural Shredded 2% Milk Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Light Ranch Dressing, Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner: French Fries (Small), McChicken Sandwich, EDWARDS Hershey's Creme Pie, Chicken Flavored Rice Steamed Fresh, bourbon salmon. Snacks/Other: Fuji Apples, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges). more...
