Interesting.
Last Wed my final weigh in for Biggest Loser was 176.2. I knew this abnormally low so I decided to put back on a few pounds and see if I can maintain 185 pounds. I ate like crap for 5 days and this morning weighed 190.6 I managed to gain 14 pounds in 5 days.
New target limits for the next 3 weeks are going to be 50g of fat and 150g of net carbs. Goal is to get under 185 by the end of the month.
