Just had lasagna for dinner. Not a big piece, but Im still afraid of the scale tomorrow. The rest of the day was pitch perfect. Ate everything right. Dinner was at my Moms so I just ate what she served. I put more salad on my plate than lasagna and we also went for a walk after dinner. Please be nice to me, scale!

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 March 2011:

Don't fret if it is up a little. When I eat lasagna, even when it is diet friendly, I tend to weigh extra the next day or two (water retention). I haven't figured out if it is the cheeses, or the higher carbs. Hopefully you won't have to worry about it though. Keep on keeping on!

yum I love lasagna.. I need to find a diet friendly version. I have not had any in forever.. My kids dont like it... so sad. Good luck with the scale.
