feel so stupid after eating way too much. well, i can never resist the temptation of lovely desserts or snacks. just baked some choc cookies. Gonna get up early and prepare myself some healthy food so that i won't get any chance to binge tomorrow. get ready for a healthy week !!
CHALLENGES THIS WEEK -NO BREAD including lotte, burgers, banh mi ga, banh mi pate or anything like those -No soft drinks -.- -Eat more protein. -At least 600 ml milk a day -At least 1 litre water a day
