Weight training today - upper body.
Weather here is atrocious - Sunny yesterday , Today raging thunder and torrential rain >:(

Well at least i have a day or two off work this week.
182.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
