Workout #10 of 2014. 62.45 total, to beach and back. 13:59 to black fence. Painful start led to good mid-run, with weak, painful finish. Lots of shoulder pain. Both shoulders. More pain left shoulder. Sharp pain, can't lift left arm without significant pain. The run does not make it worse, though. Both shoulders started hurting a couple weeks ago. I think it's related to playing baseball catch.
