Thursday... another good day. I stayed the course yesterday and the weight gained from the cheet day (plus a couple additional ounces) is gone. I may not have a dramatic drop by next weigh in, but I will have a drop. Steady forward progress.
I am staying positive and staying determined and disciplined! And am looking forward to soon getting into clothes I wore last year...
