Your young, maybe it is TOM? Drink lots of water and tomorrow you will feel less bloated and sluggish regardless why you are feeling fat today. Water works miracles. We women have all this nonsense to deal with. Even at my age I have days when I feel that way and it is our bodies, our hormones or lack of. Stay with it, you will be rewarded. ((hugs))
