Juicing and eating mostly healthy is really starting to do the trick. Since March, I've lost three inches each from my arm, my bust, my waistline, my abdomen area (pooch), my hips and my thighs. Wow. I started reading books by Dr. Joel Fuhrman and this nutrition stuff is finally starting to make so much sense! Add in a lot of healthy food and you will have less room for and even crave less the unhealthy food. Why I didn't figure this out long ago is beyond me, but I'm glad that I'm finally getting it!
