Well the past 15 days since I have weighed in last have ben somewhat of a roller coaster. I an very focused on my weight loss.. but when I feel like I'm working hard and its not showing on the scale I get upset and then start to cheat. But I think the problem was that I was not drinking enough water and my body was like weak, bloated and dehydrated every morning. So this week I have been drinking mas agua and I am seeing that change.
I need to have like 90 oz a day to replenish my body.
anyways, I'm happy I did loose some weight. every pound gone is a step closer to my goal! Cant weight to go shoping for some new clothes soon... and I need it because all my old jeans are like falling off! Which makes me smile.
Well good luck everyone with the upcoming weeks! I know the weather is getting nicer hopefully all across the globe! and that means..... outdoor work outs! yay lol!
