Who here has transitioned off keto and what advice would you give? It seems that immediately jumping from under 50g carbs to 200g may not be smart. I was thinking about adding a serving of oatmeal and brown rice per day at first…maybe build from 50 to 75 to 100g over the course of a week a two. Thoughts??? Thanks.

Hi there! I think you're on the right track with the gradual increase in carbs. I went from 35ish carbs to 50 and then to ~100 carbs. Just a reminder that any quick increase in weight while you're transitioning is due to water retention, and it will even out... just stick with the plan, and keep to your calorie goals. Good luck! 😁
