I have been realizing how hard it is to keep within the portion sizes, at least with cooking on my own. The other thing is the amount of sodium that someone should be having. Since I tend to eat more frozen lunches or fast food, it is a little challenging. It's just taking it one step at a time.

At least my repaired ACL knee is feeling a little better, just sore from the lovely Albertan winters.
