10 hour work days would be rough. Try to take good healthy snacks so lunch is not a problem. Do you take your lunch or buy it, taking it gives you more control. Good luck and if you get tempted take a look at your weight loss history. Your weight loss is going down in a consistent way, bravo to you. You will do just fine. :-)

Thanks for the support! I usually buy lunch on those days because I just have to get out the building for a little while, but now that the weather is turning, I should brown bag it. There's a nice little park just a block away...

Great idea about the park and that does get you out, change of scenery. See you have a plan so you will be just fine. Take some bread scraps for the squirrels and birds while you are in the park, that is always fun and relaxing.
