Still have not been to the gym.. and STILL not doing the best at eating. BETTER.. but not best. I am in SUCH a funk. Esp with the stress of my work load at this time. By time I get done at work.. I just want to go home, eat, and go to sleep. SO depressing huh? I MUST get out of this funk... UGH
