been slacking off the diet so surprised I didn't gain😞

147.4 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb. Still to go: 7.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

I know the feeling been cheating and trying to get back on track...but it's scary it's not like I made a pig of myself and weight goes up so fast..
