horrrible dinner choice + muscle building = weight gain of 4.5 pounds in 3 days.

what is it they say, only weigh your self once a week.

well i'm most focused on the inches anyways! (as of 2 weeks ago I've lost a total of 15.5 of them and hoping to do another measurement this weekend for more!!)


but i'm watching you scale. come on muscles, eat some fat!!
241.0 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
