So I made it through another week and Monday will be my next weigh in/one month on the new way of eating. It wasn't easy when your buddy/co worker is sitting next to you eating cake but I persevered. It does help that I have my other friend at working doing the same thing as me and helping to keep my eye on the prize. Slow and steady will win this race. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend! \,,/
