2 pounds gone! Yipee! I am almost back to where I was before the holiday. I love being in control. When I saw that line on my weight chart go up it was worse than seeing it on the scale. I have lost weight plenty of times before only to gradually gain it back until I was even heavier than when I started to diet. Not this time, I am putting on the brakes.
