I feel that I did great with my eating today. I did not excercise but I did stick to my diet. I was just watching The biggest loser and the lady on there said something I took to heart. She wished she had of not wasted her part of her life living the way she was living. She could have been enjoying her life. I feel the same way. I want more than this.
