My clothes still feel tight even though I have already been on diet for days(still less than a week). I guess it does take more than just a couple of days to see the inches off of my waist. I have to try to be more patient and think that this is just a journey to be healthy and have fun instead to keep motivate. Today, my body is so sore from all that training. I am very tempted to skip the training today on the basis that I am recovering from my exercise. hmm....I want to go for the training still but what do I say to myself?? ><
