Trying to stay at 130 for the rest of this week. Going to be hard. Will be doing a 13+ hour road trip with my husband and 3 kids (one of which is only 6 months old). Road food isn't always the healthiest. Even the meals I plan on making and snacks I already bought aren't the healthiest; but hopefully it'll be cheaper than buying stuff at all the stops we make.
**MORNING WORKOUT** Jillian Michaels "30 Day Shred" 8lb. weights......surprised I completed the whole workout. Been tired because of my teething baby. We haven't slept well at all the past week. :( My goal was to get to circuit 2 and stop there....but I managed to do the whole thing. Yay. However, I changed up one of the exercises because I wasn't feeling anything doing it anymore.
