It looks like you're practically fasting.

Please consider upping your calorie intake. 600-700 calories a day may lead to rapid and steady weight loss right now, but is seriously unsustainable & can lead to many serious health problems. At that amount of calorie intake your body goes into starvation mode and will panic and store fat. Once you stop you’ll probably gain back a good amount of the weight but that’s not nearly as bad as consequences such as your metabolism, dizziness and exhaustion, issues with sleeping (which affects everything), irritable bowel syndrome, bone weakening, anemia, hair loss and teeth loss, issues with fertility, heart problems, declining mental health etc. Some of these can be permanent. Please consider speaking to a doctor or specialist about a healthier diet.

Yes I’m planning to increase the calorie intake as I’m going to start gym sooner so it will be much higher than this , thanks for all the information and consideration , appreciate that :)

I did a medically supervised 40 day plan @ 500 cal/day and lost 40 lbs. I was given nutrients and supplements and none the worse for wear, but wouldn't recommend doing it unless supervised.

This makes me a bit sad for you (and people that have this mindset.) I can only imagine the massive brain fog someone eating only 600 - 700 calories a day must experience, and the unseen damage being done to the body. As others have commented, please consider eating more. Not just when you start exercising.

I hit a plateau & was told it was it was because I was eating too few calories 900/day. Minimum should be 1200/day. When I increased my calories I lost 20 lbs. I also exercised daily especially walking.
