Bummer, I had my monthly Army weigh in this morning. I have shrunk a half inch. Now I am only allowed to be 140 not 144. So instead of 6 lbs to go I have 11 before I don't have to be body fat taped anymore. Minor setback, but since I am determined to lose the weight anyway, I will deal with it.
