Flirting..."without serious intentions". Yeah, that is what I have been doing, flirting with losing these dang pounds. Today was a good day, though. I made a renewed commitment this morning. I am going to honor that commitment. I'm going to remain faithful to my health and my healthy goals.
Today: Got a good run in, and am happy with the time considering the humidity and heat. I have eaten clean today, and have dinner planned already, so will be able to finish out the day on a good note. Giving myself an "A+" for day.
And, as I'm the competitive type... I'm issuing a challenge to myself to do as well each day for the rest of the week. I will reward myself with a small bit of leeway on the weekend, so that my metabolism will not suffer.
