What a great weekend. Fireworks, family and friends! I came through it with flying colors.. Today I am going to church and rest for the remainder of the day. My knees hurt last night when I went to bed from golf and all the fun. Being 50+ pounds lighter really helps my knees, but I can still overdo it, especially on the knee that hasn't yet had a replacement. My food intake was limited. It always pays to be cautious during holidays. I still drank a couple of Silver Bullets while playing golf and ate watermelon with dinner. The chicken is always good and even better if I don't have to cook it and do the clean up afterwards. Now I'm ready for Monday.
