Back from a 8 day trip to Colorado. My goal was to practice eating exactly what I needed to maintain my weight, socially. I figure I needed the practice for after I'm done losing weight and the rest of my life. It was mostly a success; I ended up losing a pound despite eating over 2000 calories a day. I guess I didn't take into consideration the effect of hiking and swimming every day. Yay.
