Overall I followed my WW eating plan well. I tracked everything (on WW, not here), and stayed within my point range. I met my exercise minimum goals, but was only able to hike on the few days when the air quality wasn't unhealthy (heavy smoke here from wildfires). I'll keep on with my plan.
