Sometimes I over-calculate my portions, so I can have a little snack later in the day. It tricks my mind by thinking I’ve already fulfilled my calorie count for the day, but then later in the evening I realize, “hey, I over calculated, now I can have a handful of cashews for a snack.” Seems to work for me.
