Finally seeing my progress, once I began doing 48 Hour Fasts! 😆 Wife didnt like my decision tho and begged me to eat something when I passed 24 hours. I keep telling her that 'Starvation Mode' doesn't activate until 21 Days of Fasting, which I personally know people who Fasted for 2 weeks. 🤯
Oh well, I burned 2 lbs/1.5 kg in June, 4 lbs/1.8 kg in July and August. My Monthly quota is to be at a -14,000 Calorie deficit (-4 lbs/1.8 kg), then maintain that until the next month.
