Excited to begin losing weight again! It's been about a year since I stopped losing weight last time, when I took off about 30 lbs. I remember the excitement over my weight loss - buying smaller clothes, having more energy, and finding my cheekbones. Now? I'd like to find my jawline, a "normal" dress size, and a little more confidence.
The initial plan is to eat more vegetables and less-fatty foods, and to decrease my portion sizes. We'll see where to go from there.
