Today I began in earnest I want to be healthier and more mobile.
I am grateful for everything I have most of all my family. I resolve to remain positive.
I tried a new sleeping technique last night and I'm pleased to say it worked. The best nights sleep I have had in years, and so simple. I will always look for the simplest way from now on. Gini
