My problem is, at work I'm very busy and don't get to drink well and if I'm at home busy running around I don't drink as well either. I try to drink. Some days I do well. I'm trying to get better with it.

I see that when working these twelve hours it is a struggle to be hydrated. But when I get home looking at the 32oz bottle asking to ‘drink me’ I feel like I am in a hot dog eating contest.
