Learned a valuable lesson this week. Did not document my eating this week as well as fell back in to some bad habits and thus gained back almost all the weight I lost last week. It was so easy to fall back in to the bad habit of eating chocolate on a daily basis and eating after 7. I go on my vacation this week and vow not to gain any more weight. I will document every piece of food that goes in my mouth as well as eating only for nourishment' NOT pleasure!!!!!!
