Life happened so I didn't get to exercise for three days in a row. I always eat well. But I felt guilty not moving more. It REALLY made me scared today when life quieted down and I had a chance to walk but I could hear my inner voice trying to talk me out of it!!!!
Point is I know how EASY it is to lose MOTIVATION ( because I have done it before ) I was eating popcorn with chocolate syrup on it last year. Please SHOOT me if I get there again.
Had ALOT of FAMILY problems lately so...... The walks HELP to work out the stress.
